Five Whole Years

Although I wasn't technically their roommate the entire time, this summer the six of us (Anne, Ashley, Emily, Keri, Morgan, and myself) celebrated 5 years of friendship. It was a fabulous day filled with sharing of old memories mixed with the making of new.
We started at Brick Oven Pizza where we used to go after every home game Freshman and Sophomore year. Many roommate dates took place here as well.

As a trip down memory lane we visited all the places around Provo that we have lived...

Here is where it all started - Fox Hall. I lived in #47 and they were in #49.

Sophomore year we lived in the Elms - W25.

While I was on my mission the girls lived in Campus Plaza. The apartment has now been converted into a hair salon.

Most of us lived in Campus Plaza N111 at one point - not all together physically. I lived here right when I got home from my mission. Everyone else was still out on theirs and Ashley was in California.

We went back to our apartment at Park Place and made aprons with our handprints on them. It was super fun!

I am so blessed to have had such incredible roommates. They are examples to me in all they do and have helped me become the person I am today. I'm grateful for their positive attitudes and their desire to live the gospel of Jesus Christ.

A New Addition

On Pioneer Day a group of us went to the Provo Park to celebrate. There were a ton of activities but one especially caught out eye... it was a stand for African Dwarf Frogs. It cost a dollar to play the game to throw  a golf ball into tin cans. If you got it in you won the frog but if you played three times then you also "won" the frog. Well we had to play three times but we eventually got it!

His name is Jean Bob and he has proved a great addition to our home!
